The property manager is a lot of fun and loves her residents. Her team will go above and beyond to help with anything they can. All feedback is important and helps us improve our community for our current and future residents. We are a pet friendly community and love all of our furry friends - but as expected, it is up to the individual owners to take care of and pick up after those friends. I cannot speak to any illegal activity you've mentioned in this review as they happened before my time.

Very professional office staff, efficient and quick maintenance team, beautiful land, and gorgeous/large apartment homes. Would recommend to any friend moving to Knoxville for long term or short term. Apartment communities change their rental rates all the time – sometimes multiple times a day.

We lived in a few different apartment complexs and Copper Pointe is by far the best apartment home we have lived in.

I most definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to fall in love with. The buildings are old as dirt so the walls are paper thin. You can see the cracks between the walls and doors/windows so it stays hot or cold with the seasons.
People speed around so fast it’s unsafe. No natural light is provided in apartments besides tiny windows. The office staff has multiple times signed for my packages that I did not receive and then said they did not even have my packages. I found out weeks later they had my mail. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for your next home to avoid the sleaziest place in Knoxville.
