Environmental Risk

I most definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to fall in love with. The buildings are old as dirt so the walls are paper thin. You can see the cracks between the walls and doors/windows so it stays hot or cold with the seasons.

People speed around so fast it’s unsafe. No natural light is provided in apartments besides tiny windows. The office staff has multiple times signed for my packages that I did not receive and then said they did not even have my packages. I found out weeks later they had my mail. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for your next home to avoid the sleaziest place in Knoxville.
